Man traveled from Israel to Brooklyn (NYC) then drove Detroit. Infecting 39 people
The man got sick going to Detroit, coughing, fever. Saw a doctor, received antibiotics.  He felt worse, thought he was having an allergic reaction.
New doctor, saw the rash and called the local Dept of Health.
Measles.
